This ensures that the process pressure does not drop below 5 mbar and that any leakage prevents ambient air from entering the process chamber. Another advantage is that the process pressure is also kept stable during the filling process. This minimizes the influence of pressure fluctuations on the filling control of the centrifuge.

In addition, an overpressure safety valve protects the centrifuge from excessive internal housing pressure. The integration of the pressure control unit into the customer's existing exhaust air management system is achieved and guaranteed by the simple installation of two DN50 standard flanges.
