The "Flex" maintenance contract is tailored specifically for customers who do not wish to be contractually obligated to have their UVV inspections carried out by our company, yet still require the benefit of high service availability. With the Flex maintenance contract, you gain access to our 24-hour hotline, enjoy the advantage of immediate availability of a service technician, and a stocked supply of all wear and replacement parts for your equipment covered under the maintenance contract.
Basic maintenance contract
The "Basic" maintenance contract includes UVV maintenance both in operational and disassembled states, including the costs for the respective spare part packages, labor, travel flat rates, and accommodations. With this maintenance contract, you utilize the benefits of regular inspection of your equipment at previously defined costs, minimizing the risk that your equipment has to temporarily or even longer cease operation due to a defect or malfunction.
Service Complete maintenance contract
The "Service Complete" maintenance contract includes the scope of services of both the Flex and Basic maintenance contracts. You have access to all 24-hour service services and enjoy the benefit of regular inspections. Additionally, the warranty period for our services under the maintenance contract is extended by an additional 6 months.
Flat rate maintenance contract
With the "Flat Rate" maintenance contract, you acquire a comprehensive care package for your equipment covered under the maintenance contract. This maintenance contract includes all 24-hour service services, all regular inspections, and all unscheduled maintenance calls. Additionally, your in-house operating and service personnel are annually trained by our service technicians. Should you introduce new products or encounter problems with existing production, our process technicians will support you completely free of charge. With this maintenance contract, you have a firm grip on the annual operating costs for your equipment and can calculate them from the start.
